Design Notes

For this part we started from the protein sequence and codon optimized it with online ordering tools in regard of synthesizing complexity. After that step we exchanged every rare codon (<16% usage) and replaced it with a more often used one with the help of Snapgenes algorithm. That way we received a good balance between synthesizing complexity and codon usage.
